In general, we do not collect personal information about you unless you choose to provide us with that information. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and disclose non-public personal information about you when we provide services to you.

If you prefer that we not disclose non-public personal information about you to affiliated companies and non-affiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law, such as disclosures we may make about our transactions or experiences with you or that we may make to joint marketing partners, our service providers, guaranty agencies, and parties requesting information about you through subpoenas or other forms of legal process).
